TLB file to DLL

Convert a Type Library file into a DLL file.

Prompt> c:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0A\bin\Tlbimp.exe" mlapp.tlb /out:MLApp

It generates a MLApp.dll file. (warning. case-sensitive)

(windows xp, visual studio 2008, MS.NET Framework 3.5)
